Shipping policy

At freshNclean, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently while minimizing our environmental impact. We currently serve selected areas as indicated under our coverage map. To further our sustainability efforts, deliveries to these areas are scheduled on select days each month. Your available shipping options and delivery dates will be shown at checkout, depending on your location and our service calendar.

Shipping outside of the designated coverage areas may be available upon request. Please contact our customer service team prior to ordering for more information on special arrangements. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for delivery addresses outside our current service areas.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment. Delivery times may be impacted by public holidays or unforeseen events outside our control.
